Sherlock Who?

I would assume your first inclination is "Sherlock and Doctor Who. What?" I can explain.

A little while ago, I was asked by a friend of mine to make some more videos, because she saw one of ours and really liked it. I finally told my brother Johnny about a month later and he said yes, we should. So, after about a week and a half of procastinating, even though we wrote most of the script, we began filming Thursday May 2.

The show: The Title for the episode is Schneider's List, trying as best as I could to be brilliant. That way it would it sound like Steven Spielberg's "Schindler's List." The story is about a man who has a personal vendetta against his colleagues and is targeting all of three of them. The last on the list just so happens to be John Watson.

The cast: Sherlock Holmes will be played by my brother Jordan, while Watson will be played by yours truly.  I men me. If you didn't get that. Umm, never mind. So, Inspector Lestrade will be played by Johnny, and my youngest brother Jeffrey will play a fictional character I created named Detective Victor Zimmerman.

Now, why is it called Sherlock Who? Well, that was an all of the sudden name that Johnny came up with. I don't know how it will have anything to do with the series in the future, but I'm sure something will come up. Now, I can undersatnd why people would say "Sherlock Who?" because it's such an awkward name.

Welcome to my blog

Hi, my name is Jansen Reighard. I know, it's an awkward name. But yours probably is to. By the way, it's pronounced Rye-curd. Like, grass and dairy products.

Now, the name of this blog is "The Great Art: Filmmaking. Why would I call it that?

There are four areas in life that Christians must take over: Arts, Business, Religion, Politics. My area has always been filmmaking, or Arts. I've wanted to make films since I was about 6 years old. And oh, did I have the most imaginative little mind!

While these ideas were ludicrous, they grew my imagination, and inspired me to come up with much more brilliant ideas.

When I turned 14 (July 1998 is my birth date by the way), my imagination grew immensely. Shows like Doctor Who (which is my most favorite show and you will hear from me about that on my blog) have inspired me to broaden my imagination and they have helped me to make future movies of mine better in story ad plot. They have also made me and my brothers, Jared and Jordan, want to make TV shows.

Let me introduce you to some people: Jared and Jordan Reighard (December 1994). Ever since 2005, us J's have been acting out, or wanting to make movies. And now, we have multiple ideas and plots for movies and TV shows. We have come up with so many ideas, thrown away so many ideas, it's not even funny!

On this blog, you will get updates of me and my brothers projects (which are none right now, but will be some in the future), new movies or shows, or sequels and new seasons, and I will be giving reviews on TV shows and movies, but only if I have seen the movie in the theater, so it's not out of date.

So, I hope you'll be obliged to follow my blog, and if so, thank you. I believe you will enjoy it.
